From the concrete wallows of cigarettes and worldly disenchantments, Azrul and Omar lay the foundations of Jaggfuzzbeats back in 2014 in Shah Alam, Malaysia.

They established themselves when they debut their track ‘Hours’ on their SoundCloud in 2014 which was roughly produced in the comfort of Azrul’s bedroom. Regardless it won the hearts of many and paved way for other singles including ‘Wasted Night’, ‘Talk To You’ and ‘Damncoldurban’.

The singles then led to the release of their debut eight-track album ‘Rest Now’ in January 2017 with ‘Symmetry’ as their leading single. According to JUICE Online, the album has "all the hallmarks of the band; Azrul’s country drawl and twang, infectious guitar licks, foot-tapping drum patterns, and vague-albeit-heart firmly on the sleeves lyrics." Nabil of The Level describes the album as "pure, unadulterated indie rock that’s simple and easy to get into."
